Kao obtain a real estate license in 2013.
He was born in Thailand and came to the US in 1985 and has been a resident of Minnesota since. He has remain in the Twin Cities. Growing up in Saint Paul, Kao always knew he wanted to help people. Representing future homeowners/sellers, Kao is committed to listening to his Clients needs and utilizing his keen negotiation skills to ensure a successful interaction. He is fully committed to a level of care, integrity, exceptional customer service, that goes into the selling/home buying process and how it plays a significant role with helping others achieve their respective goals. He believes that, “your residence is your palace of peace and should be treated as such”. Whether your selling/buying your first home, your investment home, or seeking to purchase that dream retirement residence, the experience should be seamless as possible.
Being a homeowner and the person to sell and buy his own home, he has experienced the buy and sell side of both transaction and he fully understands the “hiccups” that may come along the way. His calm demeaner, care, empathy, responsiveness, keen listening skills and problem solving will help a client out tremendously to keep them at ease.
When Kao isn’t going on appointments or showing home, he spends valuable time with his wife and 3 kids. He enjoys the Twin Cities food scene and exploring new places.
